1. General Policies

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Subject to availability)
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Guests are required to produce a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
• The management reserves the right of admission.

2. Stay & Accommodation

Our rooms and dormitory are provided based on the booking type selected during reservation. Any modification to the number of guests or stay type must be communicated in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

3. House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly request our guests to follow these rules:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas.
• Pets are allowed only with prior permission and may involve extra charges.
• Please maintain reasonable noise levels after 10:00 PM out of respect for other guests and the local community.
• Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property or its assets during their stay.

4. Liability

Sistla's Homestay is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure. We are also not responsible for any personal injury or illness that may occur during your stay or activities.

5. Amenities & Activities

Usage of the swimming pool, campfire, and other amenities is at the guest's own risk. Seasonal activities like river rafting and safaris are subject to weather conditions and availability. Extra charges apply for activities beyond the complimentary dinner and breakfast stay.

6. Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of the stay or use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Coorg/Madikeri, Karnataka.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
